Cannes is one of the few film festivals that has had Indian representation for quite a while thanks to L'Oreal. This year it's even more exciting with Freida and Sonam attending, and Aish debuting her post-baby body. While I don't know if we'll get a Beyonce-at-the-Met type of appearance from Aish, I'm still excited to see her walk the red carpet. Her body has been a
controversial topic for the conservative India, which is still struggling- go figure- with the fact their most beautiful asset now has a post-baby ass. Get over it. Let's just pray she chooses her outfit well. We all know Aish doesn't make the best choices in gowns.
Our belle Freida decided to wear a Michael Angel gown with slit and peplum lift. I'm starting to believe she could wear anything and still look like perfection but the truth is, this is a carefully chosen dress. The color and styling compliment her young, fresh image. The emeralds are a nice touch and every strand of hair is in place. I adore. We'll be updating this post as the other ladies hit the red carpet.
