October Editorials: Deepika goes Old Hollywood

BBA Newstands: August 2012

August covers are in and while I love Vogue's choice of showing Kajol for their Ageless issue, I would have loved to see a different look for her. Not liking Elle or Marie Claire.. what went wrong here? We're still waiting on Maxim India but my favorite so far is Deepika for GQ... HOT! Can this girl take a bad picture? WTF!... I'll update this post once we get more covers. I also threw in Hrithik's Men's Health cover on here because sometimes we need a good ab shot LOL.. And a special shout out to People magazine- love the Abhi/Aish love! xx

Deepika, Vogue India, June 2012

India's June covers are rolling in early beginning with Vogue. But we also have the inside shots as well. The theme for this issue is healthy living and I'm convinced no photographer can go wrong with Deepika. She looks stunning on the cover in an Agent Provocateur swimsuit. Therefore I was expecting more swimsuits inside but it's a very dark, urban-esque shoot. Never-the-less, I think it's another great job by Vogue India team.

April 2012 Editorials

UPDATED: Bipasha for Man's World and Deepika for Grazia. While I just loved the cover for Grazia, I thought the rest of the shots were average. Meanwhile, I think Bipasha looks very different in her Man's World shoot and cover. Nice surprise and nice to see a men's magazine doing something other than tacky.

Deepika for India's Architectural Digest

So... as most of you know I just returned from a one-week crash vacation in Mumbai (with a one night stopover in London). I have to say, I saw so much Indian+Chic inspiration that I don't know where to begin posting!  Well, actually, as I was staying in Juhu I continually crossed one billboard in particular that always made me gasp. It was Deepika for India's AD magazine. Take a look for yourself and, yes, more posts on my Mumbai experiences coming soon...
