Haute Trotting with Ashika Pratt in NYC!

My next shopping event is happening in NYC & I'm excited to have one of my favorite models as host. Ashika Pratt will be in NYC May 30 to host 'Shop For Good', with the proceeds going to the Mamta KG School in Worli, Mumbai. So get ready to shop New York girls!

The host of our next event is not just a fellow Fiji-Indian from my side of the world, she's also a BBA fan and one of the hottest models to hit the scene. She's been traveling around the world for her work but will be gracing us on May 30 in NYC for our fundraising shopping event.

The event will include a number of vendors including Haute Trotter, Blossom Box, and Shaffali Skincare, along with donated fashion items, and will raise money for a school in Worli, Mumbai. I visited the school while I was in Mumbai this March and I can tell you first hand that this is a cause worth supporting. These kids come from some of the poorest slums and deserve a access to early education. So if you are in NYC, come and shop next month with us!

Heading To Mumbai...

I'll be heading to Mumbai on the 10th - 18th of this month. If you're around, I would love to meet some readers! And you should definitely attend this fabulous shopping event with me... ~Ash

On March 16^th & 17^th, Bandra's super popular hangout Candies will host the Third Hamara Footpath Garage Sale - Mumbai’s largest clothing/seconds sale! All clothing is donated and 100% of all money raised goes to helping “Hamara Footpath”, a community group working with Mumbai's street children. 

NYC based-company Haute Trotter, a new destination for designer seconds, will be participating in the event! Haute Trotter founder Ashlene Nand, who hails from Sydney, Australia with an Indian background, is committed to promoting the seconds fashion around the world. Haute Trotter will donate pieces from designers including Calvin Klein, Gucci, Diane Von Furstenberg and more.
